I have a Huawei p30 Pro. My Versa 3 disconnects minutes after syncing. How do you keep them connected. Blurooth is on and they are kept close

Hi there, @WalshyB. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.
If you haven't done so yet, please follow the steps below:
1. Remove the Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa 3.
4. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
5. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
6. Set up your Versa 3.

The no connection icon appears on the watch minutes after syncing and then none of the phone features or Alexa work until I sync again. I would have to sync every few minutes!!!
