Versa 3 won't stay connected to my phone's Bluetooth

Ever since the update, my Versa 3 will not stay paired to my phone. I leave the Fitbit app running in the background, but every time I look at my watch is says it’s disconnected. When I open the Fitbit app, it asks me to pair my watch again. I’ve tried all the other suggestions that I’ve seen on the forum, but nothing is working. I can’t see any of my notifications or take calls anymore. 🙁

Please help!!

Hi there, @HYeager23. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling.

In addition to the steps you've done so far, I'd recommend removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Versa 3 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If the issue persists, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If none of the above solves the issue, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
