Ever sense switching to the versa 3 every other day I have to struggle to get my tracker to sync up to the app. I have rebooted the phone, the tracker, and reinstalled the app multiple times. I have a Moto G stylus. And it has done this for every phone I had.

Hi there, @Kayla7712. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
As a first approach, please make sure that your Moto G stylus meets the requirements listed here.
If you haven't done so yet, please follow the steps below:
1. Remove the Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa 3.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Versa 3.
If the issue persists, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hello @Kayla7712
I realize having syncing issues can be frustrating. I know you mentioned “switching “ to the Versa 3….is your older Fitbit Tracker still listed under your Bluetooth? If so remove it from your Bluetooth list because it can cause conflicts. (Just for safe measures I’d make sure your old Fitbit tracker is completely turned off) If that’s not the issue look here to see suggestions from @MarreFitbit here:
Let me know if this answers your question and resolves your syncing issues. 😃 Happy Stepping!
