Versa 3 won't stay connected to my phone's Bluetooth

I bought a versa 3 a few days ago and am mostly really happy with it, loving controlling music. Getting notifications and tracking my steps and burned calories, I just have one problem, I've noticed that a fair bit of the time I go to check the time the watch has the disconnected icon on it, most of the time it will reconnect in a few minutes but it is a bit concerning, does anyone know what's causing this?

As a first approach, may I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

 

Since you frequently see the phone disconnected icon, I'd suggest following the tips and recommendations provided in this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Unfortunately I have already tried this advice and then issue is still happening, my phone is also compatible and up to date
