My Fitbit Versa 3 unpairs itself from my phone constantly. Like every few minutes. Is there a way to fix this? I’ve tried shutting down both the watch and my phone but that made no difference.

Hi @Mouse_House - there is often a confusion about the Bluetooth connections. There are several stages and entries.
When a watch is setup it is paired with the Fitbit App and linked, this is done once normally.
When there are communications necessary [syncing] the watch and phone connect [over the paired connection].
If the watch gets out of range or the Fitbit App isn't running it can't connect but still remains paired [defined].
Versa 3 Controls is only connected when needed and will not stay connected.
The question is what is the symptom you are experiencing?
If the phone has battery saving and the Fitbit App is shut down then the watch can't communicate with it and notifications won't appear.

I’ve had various fitbits over the years
just upgraded from Versa 2 to Versa 3 and it constantly loses connection even when it’s at the side of my phone
I’ve deleted the app ans reinstalled
deleted the Versa ans paired again
shut down and rebooted phone
still only connects for a minute of so
really thinking if returning it
