I have a question about my versa3. Why does the Bluetooth disconnect when I walk maybe 5 to 10 feet away from my phone

Keep your phone within 30 feet of your watch. Open the Fitbit app on your phone and sync your watch. The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone for your voice assistant to work. Your phone must have an internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or a cellular data signal.

Hi.
My versa 3 won't stay connected to my phone for calls. The phone stays within 5 ft of me. Have reset watch 2 times and uninstall app twice. Everything else works fine. Have tried everything. Even on toggle fir connect for calls won't stay turned on. My email is andyrob39@gmail.com. please help me. Only had it 2 days and unhappy with help so far
