Hello @Silvercar09

Having trouble staying connected is frustrating I’m sure. I understand you’ve have tried restarting the tracker without long term solutions. Have you tried turning your Bluetooth off then back on again? If so and it it still doesn’t stay connected I’d try setting up your Versa 3 again as a new device. You won’t lose data doing so.

Here’s how to set up a new device:

  1. Open your Fitbit App, tap profile picture, scroll down and tap the name of your device. Now scroll down and tap remove your tracker.
  2. Bluetooth settings and look for all Fitbit devices that show as paired.
  3. Remove all of the Fitbit devices that show up.
  4. Restart your phone.
  5. Open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap “set up a device”
  6. Choose Versa 3 in the list and simply follow instructions as if your Versa 3 is brand new.

Hopefully this will get you up and running again. Please let me know 😃

Hello again @Silvercar09

Gosh I’m so sorry my suggestions didn’t fix the issue. I would call Fitbit Customer service. Hopefully they can sort this issue out for you. Here are ways to contact them: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. I think calling them or live chat is easiest.

@SunsetRunner That's not how you set up as new. You have to remove it from the fitbit app. not Bluetooth. Although might want to do both?

I'm having the same issue. I have to restart my phone and disconnect from Bluetooth every day if I want to get my notifications from my phone. Its driving me crazy and I'm wishing I had chosen a different one now. Hopefully they will do a fix for it. Out of interest what make phone do you have? Wondering if it could be to do with that.
