Versa 3 won't stay connected to my phone's Bluetooth

I purchased a versa 3 just 3 days ago. It will not stay connected and it seems to be randomly doing the simple tracking I would like. I have read through the forums, I've tryed multiple suggestions. I'm lost and disappointed right now on what to do.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

If you haven't done so yet, please follow the steps below:

1. Remove the Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.

2. Restart your Versa 3.

3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.

4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.

5. Set up your Versa 3.

Hi @Munkii - it could be a phone settings issue - check the battery optimization of the phone to make sure it doesn't shutdown the Fitbit App or Bluetooth to save battery.

Don't manually turn off Bluetooth or location services on your phone or shutdown the app.

You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, to get specialized assistance.
