For the last 3 days my Versa3 will not stay paired with bluetooth, no mater how many times I attempt all the trouble shooting suggested. Now there is a white circle with an X in the middle at the top of the screen. I don't see this listed in any of the indicator reference guides. This watch is only a month old, it is my second Versa3 and my 4th Fitbit device. This thing has been nothing but problems from the day it arrived. I'm very frustrated and quickly losing my brand loyalty.

Hi there, @macspva. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.
It's seems like your Versa 3 is stuck on a firmware update. With that being said, please try the following:
1. Remove the Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa 3.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Versa 3.
6. Complete the update for your Versa 3.
Hope this helps.
