Versa 3 won't stay connected to my phone's Bluetooth

Ive tried everything mentioned in other posts but my Versa 3 suddenly has stopped staying connected to blue tooth. It constantly tells me connection is lost…go to blue tooth settings and forget this device and repair. This is beyond frustrating. It started suddenly. My phone, app and watch are updated. It is evident that this is a Fitbit problem. Its frustrating to continue to have fitbits stop working at about the 1yr mark. Ive owned several… upgraded each time to end up in the same spot… a crappy fitbit.

Hi @F2022  - just to make sure, did you restart the phone and also sync and do a full Shutdown of the watch from the watch Settings menu? And wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.
