Versa 3 won't stay connected to my phone's Bluetooth

Hello I have a fitbit versa 3 and it periodically will disconnect from my phone. This happens several times a week. Does anyone know why or how to fix the problem?

Hi @Tina0630  - the first step is to restart both watch and phone and see if it helps.

If the Fitbit App is not used regularly to connect to the watch, or if they get separated for a long time, the first step may be required to restore connection.
