Versa 3 won't stay synced with my phone

I can't get my Versa 3 to stay synced with my Android phone. I follow the directions and sometimes it syncs, but it usually won't. Kind of sucks as a "smart watch"! Any ideas?

Hi @LokkenL - this not syncing or losing connection is one of the problems with the new V4 Fitbit App. No fix for that. 

It does also mean you can't rely on getting notifications on the watch which will only come when the watch and app can connect automatically.
