Versa 3 was not sync on its own. I can always reset it and it works for a couple days at most and then it says it can't find the phone. The phone is new and it's a Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra. Is anyone else had this issue? I have exhausted all avenues talking with Fitbit support trying to get it straightened out to no end. Thanks

Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with the Versa 3 and also want to find a solution to the inconvenience, please note my best advice is to continue troubleshooting the issue with our Support Team. They've been providing all steps necessary for this issue and there's not much else we can provide here in the forums as the steps would be the same as the ones our team has already shared with you.
Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly. They will tell you what's next!
