Versa 3 won't swipe anymore

My Versa 3 will not swipe and is generally not functioning.

It is charged and still connects to my phone, however, I cannot swipe between pages. I can switch between the home screen, "set up wallet" and the apps page by using the haptic button, however, those pages are also unresponsive and therefore useless. Also it appears to be locked in "sleep" mode as I have to use the haptic button to see the display. I have restarted the Versa 3 several times but that has not fixed the problem.

Is this fixable or terminal?

Hi there, @ibau. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the touchscreen of your Versa 3 stopped working. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from, I will do my best to help you with this! 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Regarding your Versa 3 being stuck in sleep mode, have you tried just tapping sleep mode to turn it off? Please note that DND and sleep mode can't be turned on at the same time.

I’m having the same issues, reset not working. 
I can change the clock face but the screen is still dead……

Yeh same. Change the clock face as advised but screen is still not functioning properly.
