I’ve tried restarting my device several times but that did not fix my problem. Also my device will not sync. I’m unable to factor restart because I can’t swipe.

Hi @Kashby - your watch may have developed a fault or got into Always On with no wrist wake mode.
Hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
Double tap the watch to be sure the display is on and try swiping.
If this doesn't work logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window (in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it) and restart the phone and login again and try a sync.
If successful try changing clock face to remedy swipe not working though it is only a slim chance it helps.
Else factory reset the watch using the button and you can chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for help with that, though if the watch is faulty it may not help.

Thank you Guy. Logging out of Fitbit and restarting both phone and device seems to have fixed the problem.
