Hello this is my first post here, hope someone can help me.
I've had a Versa 3 for about a couple of months. As my then phone could not download the Fitbit app I bought a new phone. This is a Moto G62 and is running Android 12
I downloaded the Fitbit app and installed it. It took a few goes to get the phone paired with the Versa 3.
When I open the Fitbit app on the phone the bar at the top shows, "Gathering your data".
If I click on the profile icon the screen shows that the Versa 3 is synced and if I try to set up another Versa 3 I get the message that a Versa 3 is already connected to my account.
On my phone I made sure Bluetooth and location were turned on before my walk The Versa 3 recorded all the walk data - steps, distance, floors etc. However, I can't see any of the data on my phone.
I can't work out what has gone wrong; everything seems connected but noting shows up.
TIA

Hi there, @Tringa. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3 and also making sure all settings are set correctly.
It seems that your tracker cannot connect properly to your new phone since you haven't yet forgotten the connection between your watch and the old phone's Bluetooth which would explain the connectivity issues you're running into. With that said, try the steps below:
