My watch is telling me to unlock via my phone and won't let me access the watch. At the same time the watch is no longer syncing so I can't unlock it. What can I do? I've tried resetting the versa 3 but if I hold down the button it just brings up the 'unlock with phone' image.

In this case, I'll suggest restarting your watch and phone to make it sync again.
The watch only needs to press and hold the button for about 10 seconds.

Thanks for your response. The watch doesn't sync to the phone so I can't use the app to unlock it unfortunately.
