Where to start, It doesn't often sync, therefor the time is anywhere from 3 to 8 min. off.
Then the stairs, I went up 1 flight from the basement today but had 7 on the watch. I live in a bungalow.
Went for a walk later now I have 53 floors. There's no way I've climbed that many.
I used to struggle to get 10 with my old Fitbit.
I did a reset last week and it's still the same.

As for the syncing difficulties, may I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

Hi, I'm on a Moto G7 running android 10. This is my third fitbit and have had trouble with all of them syncing.
I can sync on my phone but have to open the fitbit app and swipe down to force it to sync.
I uninstalled the app on my phone and then reinstalled it, and am not getting the phone with the line through it on the watch so far.
Today I should have two flights of stairs but the watch says 6.

I have the same issue with floors. Probably done 2 this morning versa3 shows 22 already. Shows 70 floors on Tuesday, absolutely no way!
