Versa 3 won't sync or pair with my phone

My new versa 3 won't since with my phone and show's a phone with a line through it, have done all the things it says but no go

Hello there, @shazgirl72. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 3 is still not syncing despite the steps you've tried so far. I'll do my best to help you with this. 

As a first approach, please note that the phone icon with a line through it means that your Versa 3 is out of your phone's Bluetooth range. As soon as your Versa 3 gets back near the phone, the icon will disappear. 

Nevertheless, since you mentioned to have syncing difficulties, please confirm whether you've tried all steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
