My Versa 3 hasn't synced since Sunday... Bluetooth is on and paired

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
If your phone does meet the requirements, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
On a side note, please know that since you're an Android user you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?
If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up the Fitbit device and get back on track. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi @Scotavia - this can happen but the first thing to do is to restart both watch and phone, it generally fixes it.
If not, logout and login of the Fitbit App, go to the phone home screen without closing the App, click on the sync popup and it will pair and link again and be patient while it syncs, there can be a lot of information to transfer, so takes a while.
