Versa 3 won't sync to my Android phone

 My versa 3 will not sinc. It says I need to have nearby permissions set, and I have messed it with for over two hours it will not sinc. I can't find nearby permissions in the app.  I have uninstalled 3 time and this has not helped at all. I am in a step bet and need it to sinc today! Please help!

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

It's an a Droid s21 with 5g. It's worked just fine until 11:54pm past night.  I read all those articles.  it's not working.
