I am so disappointed with this watch.  Sad!  It is never connected with my iPhone.  My charge 2 was always connected.

Hi there, @Jnt_shields. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand how you must be feeling.

If you haven't done so yet, I suggest following the tips and recommendations provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If the issue persists after trying the above, please make sure if your Charge 2 is still connected to your iPhone's Bluetooth settings. If it's, please try the following:

  • Unpair your Versa 3 and Charge 2 from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
