My watch is not syncing with my phone. The screen on the watch has frozen and I'm unable to swipe etc. Battery is fine, phone is fine but an error pops up when trying to sync. Is there a solution to fix this?

To solve the syncing difficulties, may I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here. Also, I'd like to know what is the error message you receive? For troubleshooting steps, please see Why won't my Fitbit device?
As for the screen not working, as @Guy_ has suggested, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @Sarahpawar - you may be able to unfreeze the screen - try pushing the button or double tapping the screen and then when the content changes swipe the face to the right and ensure the wrist wake icon is on and the Always On icon is off, also make sure that sleep and do not disturb are off.

Though often a logout of the Fitbit App and restarting the phone and watch may resolve it.
