Been noticing that I always have to sync my versa 3 daily as I have already done it that morning.... It seems like I have todo it 2+ times a day.... Versa 3 is update and same with the app .. what can I try

Please note that data automatically syncs to the Fitbit app throughout the day. Each time you open the Fitbit app, your device syncs automatically when it's nearby. You can also use the Sync Now option in the app at any time.
May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
Despite meeting the above requirements, the following devices often exhibit compatibility issues that cause our products and services to not operate properly:
If your phone is not on the list above and meets the requirements to operate properly with the Fitbit app, please try the steps below:
1. Remove the Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa 3.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Versa 3.

Hi @Neil_lefaivre - the cause depends on your phone type and settings, it could be that the Fitbit App is put to sleep by battery saving,
