A couple of weeks ago my Versa 3 battery died and I left it untouched for some weeks. Yesterday I got it back out, charged at and wanted to sync but with no success. Did all the steps from the "why doesn't my Fitbit sync' topic but still no success.
I would like to do a factory reset but I'm missing a lot of apps and tabs in the versa 3 menu including the settings tab. Only things visible now are: Spotify, search my phone, agenda, a map saying "No Trans" and voice assistant.
Kinda stuck on what to do now. Anyone with ideas?
