Hi there, @bacardistuff. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

As @Odyssey13 has suggested, please make sure that your Fitbit app is already up-to-date. For more information, see How do I update the Fitbit app?

If the issue persists after updating the Fitbit app, please follow the tips and recommendations provided in this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi @bacardistuff  you using iOS or Android? Both had app updates recently.

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14
