As @Odyssey13 has suggested, please make sure that your Fitbit app is already up-to-date. For more information, see How do I update the Fitbit app?

Hi @bacardistuff  you using iOS or Android? Both had app updates recently.

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14
