Versa 3 won't sync to my phone

Does anyone else have regular issues with their Versa 3 not syncing to their phone? Every couple of days it refuses to sync, I follow the troubleshooting, and still nothing. Every time I have to delete the app and reinstall it. 

I never had a sync issue with my charge 3. Is this a Vera issue? I have only had the device since 29th March 2022 and I am swiftly falling out of love with it

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

If your phone does meet the requirements, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

On a side note, please know that since you're an Android user you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?

If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up the Fitbit device and get back on track. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi @ReeBee92 - it can happen if your watch hasn't synced for a while and often just logout of the Fitbit App, restarting the watch and the phone cures it.

 

If you have battery optimization on for Bluetooth or the app the phone may shut them down to save battery.

 

If you use the SimpleCheckUp app on the watch you will be able to see when it last synced and if it can connect to the Fitbit App, and more information.
