It suddenly said it couldn't sync to my iPhone. It said to disconnect my Bluetooth, which I did, then reconnect, which I did. Now it's constantly saying to connect to my Bluetooth, even though I see the heart rate change and know it is synced. With the constant demanding to connect even though it is connected, it's killing the batteries of both my phone and the watch. VERY ANNOYING!

Hi there, @Bmetz49. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3 and taking the time to troubleshoot it before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.

Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
