Versa 3 won't sync with my new phone

  • Hello! I just got a Samsung phone, and Mt fitbit started acting weird. I did a factory reset so I could sync it to my new phone, and it hasn't worked ever since. I tried everything on the website and I have no clue where I went wrong. Please help!

Yes, I have issues with it constantly disconnecting bluetooth even though I am right next to my phone. It is ridiculous.

If you still have the difficulty to sync with your phones, please try to follow this instructions:

If you haven't done so already, please try the following steps that have been useful for other users: 

  • Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  • Turn Bluetooth off and on. 
  • Open the Fitbit app and sync again.

In addition, I recommend that you try restarting the device.

If you're still having any issues, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
