Followed all instructions everyone has posted and fitbit
Updated , deleted any connected fitbit ,.restarted phone , resume nothing suppose to have had sync bug fixed for Andriod. but 3.days and still.wont sync, .getting annoyed
Definitely is not.fixed won't even recognise the watch at all

We are the same my sons Versa 3 stopped working last Friday and we have tried everything suggested and even factory reset his fitbit watch. Went on chat and said there was an issue but believe this is supposed to be fixed but still can not connect. He is not Happy 😞

Having a similar problem here, tried uninstalling app and turning watch off, unpair and repair it but still not syncing to my S23

Yes I saw it said.fixed.and followed those steps to.fix mine.just made it worse as it now.doesnt recognise it at all

DITTO to not being able to sync my Versa 3 to my android phone. Followed all the instructions and now it doesn't work at all because I made the mistake of shutting down the tracker.
All week I have seen this post on the FITBIT web site "We're currently investigating a syncing issue affecting some Android users. Thanks for your patience while we work on a fix." Still not able to get it to work, either with my laptop or cell. So frustrating!!! I hope you'll send a notice when you've figured it out. I read where one person used a sync from Sept. and got it to work. How would you do that?

Can you all please verify if you can update the Fitbit app? Our team has been looking for a solution and has recently launched a new version of the Fitbit app. Some users have reported that with this new version of the app they're able to sync their devices again.
Please try to update your Fitbit app to the 4.28.3 version. If it doesn't work, please restart your phone and try the steps of set up as new device again:

I have updated the app it is 4.28.3
I have uninstaller,.reinstalled multiply times, disconnected bluetooth etc. ALL suggestions. Given I have tried
I cannot get past.readd fitbit versa 3 and yes I even tried.the add.sense as.above it.searchs but nothing
App recognises and connects phone just not add.device
I have had a fit bit for years this is my 3rd with all.the new ones released and.the worse ever experience of.them is now
Everyone is complaining of the same thing with no resolution
What about a personal.email and a proper resolution cause.as stands won't buy again as don't.have trust if it will.work

So tbh seeing I keep being told to do the same thing I have done multiply times you actually have no idea why and I wasted alot of money on something that will never operate to what it should.

I am having the same issue. My fitbit will sync in the sense the data is there but I am unable to get texts and emails through my versa 3. Very frustrating I use the watch feature alot at work when I can't be staring at my phone

I wish it would atleast see the fitbit even exists at this stage, but agree to have it working as advertised and purposely purchased for.would.be great. Definitely becoming a waste of money
