Setup Versa 3 last week. Have not received any oxygen saturation data since...all else seems fine.

Hi there, @spyderwmn. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 3.

If you move frequently during sleep, the movement can interfere with the light that bounces back to the sensors on your device.

To receive EOV data, note the following:

  • Make sure your Fitbit device is snug and secure before you go to sleep. For more information, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?
  • Make sure your Fitbit device is charged.
  • You must sleep 3 or more hours.

My oxygen saturation was working but stopped 3 days ago. I’m getting more than 3 hrs of sleep and fits snugly. What’s happened?
