My Versa 3 is not tracking my exercise/calories burned correctly. I am an avid person who workouts and I know my heart rate is higher during exercise than what my watch says! I love the watch, but it is not meeting my expectations

How do the readings compare to a chest strap?
Maybe you can try loosening or tightening the watch strap?

Hi @amugler - this is a known issue, because of the new sensor technology the watch has a hard time getting a correct HR when moving.
Have a look in the forums, depending on the movement and person it can over read or under read.
It does a better job when you are still and can measure sleep well.

Mine does the same. It’s so annoying. I set off the activity. Then pause and start again and sometimes sorts out the issue
