Hello,

my Versa 3 doesn´t track my heart rate anymore. Since a few days. I turned it on/off, checked any updates but nothing. Is there anything I can do?

Thx, Kathrin

Hello,

You can try the actions below.

If you look under the watch whilst wearing it, do you see the green flashing LEDs, which are the heart rate sensors? If you take the watch off they will probably turn off.

Check that the LEDs and sensor windows are clean.

Try your other wrist.

Do you have a tattoo which might be blocking the signal?

Check that the watch has a good battery level before moving on...

Settings > Shutdown (and restart)

Last resort, Sync then Settings > About > Factory Reset (which will remove all of your customisations and data from the watch). You will probably have to remove and re-pair the watch to you account using the app after this.

Otherwise it might be faulty. In which case you could contact Fitbit customer service for help or a replacement or ask you retailer for a replacement.
