Versa 3 is tracking my bpm but not logging it ... Why ?

Hi there, @Bassmafia716. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. @Guy_ Thanks for helping out!

While reading your post, I was wondering if you just got your Versa 3? If so, please make sure it's been properly linked to your Fitbit account so it can transfer your data. In order to do so, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If your Versa 3 is linked, but hasn't synced recently that would explain why it's not logging your heart rate among other data as well. If this describes your issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided by @Guy_.

Hi @Bassmafia716 - are you saying you can see changing heart rate on the watch and no record of it in the Fitbit app?

This could be a syncing problem where the information isn't getting transferred. See

I seem to have the same issue of my watch reading my heart rate, but NOT logging/recording my resting HR. I have no HR data for 2 days now.

I've restarted my watch, synced multiple times, cleaned the back of it, not nothing is activating the logging off this data. No other watch issues I'm aware of.
