Versa 3 won't track my readiness score

I have not had a readiness score calculated for the last 3 days. This happened before back in Jan and I'd given up on the fetaure then it kicked in again after about 3 weeks. I have removed the tile, forced a restart and I am definitely wearing the watch enough - I am not a new user. Any ideas? Although, I'm not sure how accurate this feature is, as I think sleep gets a greater weighting than it should, directionally I find it useful as I play a lot of sport and I know I do push myself too hard at times and this reminds me to have a recvovery period.

Hello there, @SueBee37. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 3. I appreciate that you've taken the time to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out. I understand how important is to you to get your data accurately.

As you already know, your daily readiness score is based on data collected by your Fitbit device, could you please confirm if you've been getting, heart rate data, sleep data and Heart-rate variability (HRV)? In the meantime, please make sure of the following:

  • You must be a Fitbit Premium member using a compatible device. For a list of compatible devices, see Who can see a daily readiness score in the Fitbit app?
  • Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.

If you're still not receiving readiness score and you meet all the requirements mentioned earlier, please restart your device following these steps.

Hi,

To confirm everything else is recording fine, it’s just the readiness
score.

As stated, I have already performed a restart, so does that mean there is nothing to be done? I am wearing it correctly and a premium user. I don’t seem to be the only one with this issue - any other suggestions?

----

This is not the best answer, I can’t seem to unflag it as it was already showing as ticked when I reviewed if there had been any further update. I have not had any suggestions that I had not already tried ie I have not had a useful answer.

----

So, it’s randomly started calculating my readiness score again. No explanation, no satisfactory answer. Pleased to have it working again.

I’m having the exact same issue and it just began this month. My readiness score shows up as 1 every day.  I have been a Fitbit user for years and never had my readiness score be that low a single time let alone for a week. None of the Fitbit solutions are working. Very frustrating. I hope Fitbit is paying attention in these forums and will give us a solution that really works.
