@Tedda  - As a first step try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears.

A restart may help clear any temporary problems.

More specific information about what the watch is not doing properly and if it has battery life or other problems would be useful.

It doesn't count floors and resetting doesn't seem to do anything. Whatever I do, it doesn't help

Hi @Robertbytom75 - did you try changing the clock face from the Gallery in the Fitbit App in case it is just not displaying them.

Also try syncing the watch then in watch Settings menu at the bottom Shutdown. Wait at least 10 seconds before you restart the watch either by button press 2 seconds or charging.

Hi. I changed the clock face, synchronized the watch, turned it back on, reset and unfortunately nothing. It does not count not only on the clock face but also in general, it currently shows me that I have done 4 floors and burned 91 calories, earlier it showed me 1 floor and burned 297 calories. Something here does not work as it should and it is a new watch after replacement from the manufacturer.
