Versa 3 won't track my sleep data accurately

I noticed my Versa 3 stopped tracking my sleep since Friday. I’ve restarted it a couple of times but still it’s still not responding. Meanwhile, I noticed the green light that blinks behind the watch (sensor) doesn’t show but every other thing works.

Hello, @TropicalFluffWe‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.

I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

My Versa only records some of my sleep. I usually get up in the night at least once to use the bathroom. After that, it doesn't record the rest of my sleep.

Right now, I need accurate records for my doctor, but the Versa is showing that I'm only sleeping 3-5 hours per night, which can't be right.
