Versa 3 won't track my sleep data accurately

It detected a good 1 hour  sleep while I took it off for showering or massaging. The customer support suggested to turn off sleep sensitivity to normal the first time, but it continued to detect wrongly. The second agent then advise the opposite, to switch back to sensitive. What kind of support is this?  I have been using versa 2 for almost 2 years and it never happened once with my setting in sensitive.
