Versa 3 won't track my sleep score

Hi brains trust,

So first night with my versa 3 and managed to record sleep stages for my full night's sleep, but nothing for sleep score on either my device or in the app. Is there something that I've missed in setting this up?

Hi there, @AlexJSteed. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. 

 

Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?
