Versa 3 won't track my sleep score

Never had a problem with getting a sleep site until last week.  It reads that in asleep but reports it as a nap with no individual daily score. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I've restated my watch, I sync the watch and phone prior to going to sleep, the watch is as tight as I always wear it and it's in the same spot on my wrist.  All the operating systems are up to date.

Hi there, @Pmurphy317. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3 and trying to troubleshoot it. Nice way to go!

As a first approach, please note that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information.

With that being said, please take the following information into consideration to get sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

AdditionallyI'd recommend to sync your Fitbit devices to the app after waking up. This will help to make sure that all your data is sync properly.
