Versa 3 is not tracking my sleep at all except maybe 1 time a week.

Hi there, @Caseychalmers. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums.

I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

Hope that helps.

Ever since I did the latest app update three days ago I get no sleep stages or stress score.

I’ve slept over 7 hours each night.

I still get a resting heart rate and sp02.

I have a Versa 3 and Sense and have tried both of them but still no sleep data or stress data. I think the update messed things up.

Hi there, @Rge. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums.

As a first approach, I'd suggest restarting your Fitbit device. Then, please test your Versa 3 the next couple of nights to see if it starts tracking your sleep data.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.
I have restarted both devices no change.
I just don’t think it has anything to do with my trackers. I haven’t missed getting a sleep score in almost a year, now right after updating to 3.72 three days straight with no sleep stages, using 2 different trackers.
