Versa 3 won't track sleep data accurately

My husband has had his Versa 3 tracker for a couple of months and in all that time it has only recorded his sleep three times.  Everything else works fine.  Does anyone know what the problem is.

Exact same problem for my husband! He has sleep apnea (wears a mask most nights) and his new Versa 3 has only sporadically tracked his sleep. It works fine on me and mine 2 year old Versa 3 works on both of us…. HELP??

I recommend taking a look at this help article to make sure the Versa 3 is tracking the sleep data properly.

@MarreFitbit @Taylormaide I tracked down Fitbit support through Twitter and chatted with them….they told me to turn the device off and restart it….I had already done that several times…..and for me to send my husband’s Fitbit email address so they could look at data. I did both of those things and this morning the app showed his sleep information from last night.

I have chatted with them once before through twitter and they were helpful….it’s just difficult to find them!!
