I've worn a Fitbit for about 9 years non stop and all of a sudden my Versa 3 vibrates, shows the Fitbit logo and turns off. Now it won't turn back on. I've tried everything that's been suggested and nothing works. There is no way to contact Fitbit directly??? Even Amazon has customer service! The good news is, it's not just Apple Watch or Fitbit anymore. There are a ton of options so I guess I'm going to have to try something new.

Hi there, @H3LPftloG. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is still unresponsive. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
As our last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Versa 3. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
With the above being said, please sync your Versa 3 and then, proceed with the steps below in the order listed:
Once the above has been done, you can now proceed to set up your Versa 3 again by following the steps provided here How do I set up my Fitbit device?
I apologize for the inconvenience while trying to contact our support team, please click here to get connected.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

How do I know if something is non -responsive?? Because it doesn't do a thing when I hold the button down for 60 seconds straight. I charged it for hours. It's completely done. But that's okay. My husband and I have both already abandoned Fitbit and gone with a new brand. So far the Garmin Brand is great and has more cool features than we ever imagined so we're done here. Thank you
