Versa 3 won’t turn on - charged

I’ve followed the instruction to hold the side button for 15 seconds while on the charger (actually held it for longer) multiple times and the Versa 3 will still not turn on. I am unable to reset via the Fitbit app because it can’t find my Versa 3. Please help!
