Versa 3 stopped working at although it was charged; charged it then an exclamation mark appeared, now screen black and unresponsive. Have cleaned the connection points. Still unresponsive

Hi @kiterman - there can be issues with the charge cable but check all the things to verify in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
