Versa 3 won't turn on or charge

Ive had the watch since January 22 and its been good when it works but it hasn't been able to charge or turn on. I've gone through all the forum help topics but nothing works, restarting, hold for 10-15secs, repeat in charger, check charger, clean etc.  I find it concerning that seems to pretty common problem.

Hi @Curt651  - did you fully check the charge cable and clean inside the 4 contact holes as in the instructions given in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

 

Try contacting Fitbit for a replacement charge cable, if you properly cleaned the watch.
