My Versa 3 suddenly died. It went to a black screen, even though still had charge, and now it doesnt charge. I tried plugin it on my PC or in a wall socket and it does not charge.

Hi @lfdepippo - don't despair this is quite a common problem which can be due to the watch contacts needing cleaning or a fault with the charge cable, see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
There are many features on the watch that can drain the battery quite quickly. If you want to extend the time between charges once you get it charging again see How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.
