Hi there, @TamTam0876. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from.

It seems like your Versa 3 ran out of battery overnight. With that being said, I suggest letting your Fitbit device to take charge around 2 hours to see if the screen comes up. If nothing happens after the time has passed, please follow the tips and recommendations provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

If the issue with the battery happens again, may I know if you're using Snore Detection? If so, please note that the Snore Detection feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. For more information, see How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?

However, I'd like to share with you that the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used in general. Because you're using an Always-On Display clock face, I'd recommend changing the clock face to another one made by Fitbit and monitor your it's behavior in the next day. Additionally, try turning off this setting by opening the Settings app on your watch > Display > Always-on display.

Hope this helps.

You think it died overnight when it was at 93% when I went to bed?!?!  That’s impossible. It has never happened. And I got no notice that my battery was low. I’ve been charging it now for several hours and it still won’t turn on.

@TamTam0876 Do you use Snore Detection? If so, yes, that might've caused the battery to drain overnight.

As suggested above, please follow these tips and recommendations

Let me know how it goes.

I do not use snore detection. Nothing on my settings has changed. Only an update that Fitbit sent out. I see other users having issues after the update as well and Fitbit doesn’t want to do anything about it.

It shows in the app that it synced this morning at 4am and the battery was full!
