I had versa 2 recently, which the heartrate tracker stopped suddenly. When I tried to restart it to fix it, it never turned on. So I made a huge mistake to buy from Fitbit again. I bought versa 3, two months ago, it was working fine, but yesterday it turned off suddenly. I charged it. It didn't work.
It didn't even last 2 months. I don't know what to do to bring it back. Nothing appears on the scream. It is dead. After only 2 months

Hi there, @Sara.Bz. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand how you must be feeling.
As a first approach, please try restarting your Versa 3. For instruction, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the restart doesn't work and you haven't felt a vibration on your watch during this process, confirm that you've tried the following steps:
As @Guy_ has mentioned, it seems like your Versa 3 ran out of battery and that's why it's not responding. Nevertheless, may I know if you're using Snore Detection? If so, please note that the Snore Detection feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. For more information, see How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?
However, I'd like to share with you that the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used in general. Because you're using an Always-On Display clock face, I'd recommend changing the clock face to another one made by Fitbit and monitor your it's behavior in the next day. Additionally, try turning off this setting by opening the Settings app on your watch > Display > Always-on display.
If none of the above has done the trick, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
We hope your issue is solved soon.

Hi @Sara.Bz - the battery can run flat quite quickly if using all the features and it may simply need charging.
However often the charging is at fault, in this link check the cleaning and cable [the most likely problem] How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If it still doesn't work you can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
The watch and charge cable are under warranty for 1 to 2 years depending on country law.
Support should send you a new cable if it is faulty.
If the watch is actually faulty the quickest way to resolve that is to take it back to where you bought it for replacement over the counter, hopefully.

I think you didn't get the problem. My watch already had 62% an hour before turning off. And everything was running smoothly. There is no problem about charger or anything like that. It just turned off suddenly.
