Versa 3 won't turn on or charge

My Versa 3 stopped working last night. When I press the button to try and turn it off and then back in, it displays a red battery. I tried plugging it up and charging it for hours, but it will not charge. Is there a way to fix this, or can I get a replacement? I purchased this device I February.

Hi there, @PeachiMommi @lizschell. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your posts about the issue with your Versa 3 devices. I understand where your concerns are coming from.

Before considering other options such a replacement, please try restarting your Versa 3. For instruction, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the restart doesn't work and you haven't felt a vibration on your watch during this process, confirm that you've tried the following steps:

  • Clean the charging contacts on the back of your Versa 3 using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  • Restart your Fitbit once again. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I have had the same problem with mine this month. I charged it several times and it isn't charging.
